Infrastructural Facilities

We are supported by a sophisticated infrastructural facility that is the backbone of our organization and is installed with all the required machines and tools. Spread across a wide area of the land, our infrastructure is further segregated into different units that help us manufacture these products as per the set quality standards. Manufacturing, designing, quality control, R&D and warehousing & packaging are some of the departments that work in perfect co-ordination with each other in order to offer the finest quality.

Manufacturing Facilities:

• Metallurgical Laboratory Testing: All kind of testing viz. chemical and mechanical (if required) are being provided by Elca Lab, Perfect Laboratory (authorized by Government, NABL approved).
• Heat Treatment: Heat treatment facility is available nearby at Ravindra Metal Industries.
• Casting Cleaning: Fettling and grinding facility is available in-house. Shot blasting facility is available nearby at Ravindra metal industries.
• Machining Facility: Conventional machining facility includes Simoga type lathes, HMT R60 Drilling Machine Tapping Machine. We also provide CNC machined castings by our sub-contractors.
